⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Trade City Ltd highly enough! Ash provides an absolutely outstanding service—not only when carrying out the repair, but long afterwards too. Even months after fixing my laptop, he is always available to help whenever I have a question or another issue crops up. Trade City is 34 miles away from me, but I still wouldn’t take my laptop anywhere else. That says everything about the level of service, expertise and trust Ash provides. Incredible turnaround time! I reached out to Trade City to recover footage from a broken SD card and they managed to recover and deliver the data to me the very same day 🙌 Very pleased with the kind and prompt service. I brought my laptop to Trade City with overheating and performance issues and they completely fixed it and even went above and beyond to further optimise it while giving complete clarity and straightforward communication throughout the whole repair process. The owner Ash does the repairs; he assured me he would do all repairs in front of me and even guided me through what he was doing throughout the whole repair. Not only was this reassuring as I knew exactly what was happening to my laptop, I learned a lot as well helping me better understand how to maintain it in the future. Aside from the overheating and performance issues, he also managed to free up over 500GB of storage by discovering an old redundant backup of windows that was saved after an update! I can't thank Ash enough for his help and he truly provided the highest tier of customer service; he helped even more than I asked and even wanted to send me off with extra appliances for the laptop after.
